Identifying your goals is the first job. From there, we build the plan — strength focused, conditioning focused, or a hybrid of both.

Whatever the approach, consistency and intensity matter most. Take heavy weight to failure, always with good form. Push your body past what it's used to — break the norm. Do that consistently, and you create change.

Search for training advice online, or ask AI, and you'll often get confusing, conflicting answers. Because it generalises; it doesn't customise to you. It doesn't know your mobility, fitness or strength levels.

My strength and conditioning programme combines technique, intensity, consistency and patience. Train consistently, with good form, pushing hard enough for long enough, and you'll create change.

But nutrition's part of it too. You need to fuel your body with the balanced food groups and macros your goals demand. You can't out-train a bad diet.

I'll guide you through what it takes to hit your goals. I'll push you to stick to the plan, and I'll hold both of us accountable — because if we both keep our word, real change follows.

Personal Fitness

Strength & Conditioning Training

Six to Eight Week Program • Difficulty: Beginner to Advanced

The programme includes:

Initial Consultation

We'll discuss your goals and assess the factors that influence your current levels of strength, fitness, and mobility—including your available time, diet, injury history, and attitude to training. You'll complete detailed questionnaires that establish your starting point and shape the solution. I'll also take a set of baseline measurements, which we'll use to track progress throughout the programme.

Diagnosis

I'll review your current level of firness and give you honest feedback on why you're where you are.

Programme Proposal

We'll set out your goals and map the route to achieving them—covering timescales, intensity, form, tempo, and the other factors that drive real improvement. You'll receive an exercise programme built specifically for your current levels of fitness, strength, and mobility, including warm-up, main programme, and cool-down.

Delivery

Throughout the programme, we'll monitor your form and track your data continuously—keeping you safe, preventing injury, and making sure you're progressing.

Review

At the end of the programme, we'll reassess your fitness, strength, and mobility to measure what you've achieved.
