[ About ]If the goal is swing technique and physical adaptation together, one programme addresses both.
Golf-specific S&C differs from general S&C in three ways: it builds mobility, develops explosive power, and trains both rotation and anti-rotation strength — all directly relevant to the golf swing.
Every client is different, so the plan follows a clear process: evaluate, diagnose, prescribe, then reevaluate. This runs over 6–12 weeks.
At the end of that period, we review the results against the data and video swing analysis taken at the start.

Golf Training
Six to Eight Week Program • Difficulty: Beginner to Advanced
The programme includes:
Initial Consultation
We'll discuss your goals, how much time you have to practise and play, and your history in golf. The aim is a clear picture of where you are and where you want to get to.
Diagnosis
I'll review your current technique and give you honest feedback on why you're where you are.
Programme Proposal
We'll map out how changes will be made—timescales, drills, and practice methods that give you a clear route to improvement.
Delivery & Review
Throughout the programme, you'll receive video analysis and regular summary reviews, so you can track your progress at every stage.
Golf Fitness Training
Six to Eight Week Program • Difficulty: Beginner to Advanced
The programme includes:
Initial Consultation
We'll discuss your golf goals and your fitness goals—how much time you have to train, practise, and play, your history in the game, and what you're looking to achieve, whether that's golf-specific or general health and wellbeing. I'll conduct fitness and mobility assessments and provide a document recording your baseline measurements, which we'll use to track progress throughout the programme.
Diagnosis
I'll review your current golf technique and give you honest feedback on why you're where you are.
Programme Proposal
We'll map out how changes to your swing will be managed—timescales, drills, and practice methods that give you a clear route to improvement. You'll also receive a fitness programme built specifically around your current levels of strength, mobility, and fitness, including warm-up, main programme, and cool-down.
Delivery & Review
Throughout the programme, you'll receive video analysis and regular summary reviews so you can track your progress at every stage. At the end, we'll reassess your fitness, strength, and mobility to measure what's changed.
